Approach to Work: I believe that good work comes from working hard on and off the clock. I always keep an active mind when it comes to design. You never know when a good idea will hit you.
My favorite journey: I spent six months studying in New Zealand. It was the trip of a lifetime, spent in an incredibly beautiful country.
When it’s time to relax: When I finally get a moment to myself, I like to pick up the old pen and paper and draw my brains out.
My mantra: Life’s too short to worry all the time. Have fun and take pride in what you do.
My Favorite Journey: The first time I went to Thailand was incredible. I took a semester off from university and lived in London for 6 months, then traveled through Europe, finally arriving in Bangkok. I had 200 pounds to my name and stayed for two weeks traveling the country. I loved it so much I’ve been back twice since.
My favorite New York Moment: Getting married… How can you top that?! I’m from Australia and my wife is from St Louis and we tied the knot in NYC… long story!
My Idea of Perfection: I’m not sure if perfection exists. But if it does, it may be a burger I order at a local joint in my neighborhood in Brooklyn. That’s as close as I’ve ever come to perfection.
