Media Hounds Doubles Down on Customer Experience; Donnelly named new President

Media Hounds Creative LLC, a leader in providing innovative visual marketing solutions for clients of all kinds, has acquired Innovations in CX (ICX) a technologically savvy company dedicated to creating unique and meaningful customer experiences for clients.

The new Media Hounds will continue to provide the wide variety of design and creative services that has made the company a longtime success across all media, with specialties in branding, graphic design, print work, video, photography, large-scale digital signage, and more.

 But the addition of ICX increases the company’s expertise in interactive UI-UX design, dynamic content and digital technology. Prior to the purchase, ICX built a strong business handling all aspects of the customer experience with new and immersive technologies – developing frameworks, engineering product solutions, integrating with existing infrastructures and working with key partners to deploy programs successfully.

As part of the acquisition, Media Hounds CEO Eddie Kreinik has named former ICX CEO Eric Donnelly as the new president of Media Hounds, which remains based in New York City. Early in his career, Donnelly, a 2009 engineering honors graduate from the University of Michigan, had worked with Kreinik, the founder of Media Hounds who has also run several other creative companies.

“Eric was among the best hires I ever made. Our skill sets complement each other perfectly,” Kreinik says. “I am delighted to work with Eric again. I know he’s the ideal person for us as Media Hounds creates this new, exciting chapter.”
